Nutritional benefits

Eggs    are an excellent source of high-quality protein. One   hard-boiled egg  contains about 6 grams of protein, essential for building and repairing body tissues. They are also rich in   vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, riboflavin, selenium ,  and choline. These nutrients play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy nervous system, energy production, and proper metabolism.

Eggs are primarily a source of healthy fats. Although yolks are often avoided due to their cholesterol content, recent studies show that moderate egg consumption does not negatively affect blood cholesterol levels in most people. In fact, eggs may even help improve lipid profiles by increasing HDL cholesterol, often referred to as “good” cholesterol.
